Cobalt blue has been a very popular shade of blue for several seasons, and it seems just about everyone looks good in it. I matched it with black and white here. This seems to be such a strong combo and a very popular one as well.
I chose black tapered slacks and a cobalt shell with a chiffon overlay. This two length style of top is very popular for the spring. You'll see it with hem differences of a couple inches to almost a foot. Over the shell, I added a cardigan in a tribal pattern of the three colors. Because of the patterning around the neck of the sweater and the detailing of the neck of the shell, I haven't added anything such as a scarf or necklace. I found these cute kitten heel ankle-strap shoes and matched them up with a great clutch. Once I added the cobalt earrings, that completed the outfit.
Black and white has been with us since the beginning of fashion. Cobalt blue is several seasons old. Tribal patterns are a more recent addition to the fashion trends. And the multiple hemline tops like this blue one are new this spring. How do you incorporate old and new trends in your wardrobe?
How will you be stylin' this spring?
